Why do I want to be a member of Gamma Theta Gamma?

Gamma Theta Gamma is a three-time recipient of the National Council Trophy for Outstanding Alumnae Chapter, which is one of the two highest and prestigious awards given by the Alpha Chi Omega National Council. During the 62nd National Convention, Gamma Theta Gamma received the 2024 Continuing Excellence Award.

• We are an incredible group of Alpha Chi Omega Sisters; Our alumnae chapter membership is strong and ranges from recently graduated collegiate Alpha Chis to Alpha Chi Omega Sisters in their 70s and 80s, all of whom love to have fun and connect through the shared bonds of Alpha Chi Omega

• The opportunity to forge new friendships and network with Real, Strong Women from many backgrounds; We are initiates from colleges and universities across the country

• Unique and exciting monthly events, in-person across Los Angeles

• A variety of volunteer opportunities with collegiate chapters in the area, whether on an Advisory Board, House Corporation Board and/or assisting with Recruitment 

• Contribute to our local community through philanthropic opportunities both event-wise, project-wise, and/or by donation including supporting two local domestic violence shelters in Los Angeles

• Membership in an alumnae group is a special way to continue your lifetime commitment to Alpha Chi Omega

Where do my dues go?

• Annual National Alpha Chi Omega chapter dues and Los Angeles Area Alumnae Panhellenic membership dues

• Annual donations to the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation

• Collegiate support of our two local chapters: University of California, Los Angeles (Alpha Psi), Loyola Marymount University (Kappa Phi) and “long-distance” chapter University of Southern California (Epsilon) 

• Exclusive membership programming and benefits

• Support of two local domestic violence shelters

• Administrative costs such as National Convention and Province Day participation, raffle prizes, catered meetings

Young ALUMNAe MEMBERSHIP

Dues: $28

This membership level is for young alumnae within five years of graduation. Our long distance sisters also qualify for this membership tier.

CLASSIC MEMBERSHIP OR seek the heights membership

Classic Membership Dues: $53

This membership level is the most popular and is for everyone post 5th year of graduating college and not yet eligible for a complimentary 50 Year + membership.

You can pay your Classic Membership dues below. After paying your dues, please submit your membership form.

Seek the Heights Membership Dues: $73

This membership level includes a donation. Your extra dollars will go to GTG initiatives and programming, helping us continue to excel as a chapter! Members who choose to “Seek the Heights” will be recognized in the newsletter.

COMPLIMENTARY MEMBERSHIP 50 Year + Members or 2024 collegiate graduates

Dues: Free!

This membership is for Alpha Chi’s who have been members for 50 or more years OR collegiate graduates during their first year out of school. Although complimentary, please complete and submit the membership form for inclusion on our Membership Roster.

*If you have not received your 10-25-50-60-75-year pin, please contact us! It would be our honor to present your membership milestone pin at an upcoming event.
